WSU condemn assault of Trainee in Pune

 

LONGDING, MARCH 12: The Wancho Students Union (WSU) has strongly condemned the Physical assault of a trainee named Wangli Mikham and demanded the justice which was occurred in Pune. According to victim, the accused Pradip and his gang came to his room and picked him to a Jungle where he brutally beaten without any valid reason on Saturday night.

The victim is a resident of kanubari under Longding district who is living with his friends since six months at Nagaland Tools and Training Centre (NTTC) in Pune.

In a Press statement issued by Tehjam Wangsu, Vice President of Wancho Students’ Union, said “Such kind of incident is really unfortunate and we Wangcho Students’ Union appeal to the Hon’ble Union Minister, Kiren rijiju to look in this matter and bring back the victim to his home.”

“The accused Pradip also sought the permission from officials of NTTC before attack to the victim and it happened in direction of NTTC” Tehjam added.
